By having the correct type of mattress and the ideal pillow height you are able to take pressure off your body while you are sleeping, and sleep in a great alignment. The result is less tossing and turning, plus less pressure on the joints of your body.

Correct sleeping positions for your body also help to prevent injuries and re-occurrences of injuries, in particular neck pain and headaches.
